At the end of February, Finish the Work introduced its latest fundraising campaign – the “Halftime Huddle.” With the last of two international projects currently underway and a domestic project in late 2014, we saw our team and missionaries step out of their comfort zones and into bold leadership and faith.
As many of you may remember, the theme of our annual fundraiser was “BOLD action, BOLD ask.” This led us to start a campaign, the “Halftime Huddle,” which encourages giving for construction materials throughout our project season and beyond. Our goal is to raise $20,000 through this campaign.
After the charge to help support our team by taking a bold step of faith, one anonymous donor decided to boldly give in a matching gift campaign that begins now!
The following outlines this wonderful giving opportunity:
- All donations for the campaign will end May 1st
- Matching funds will be up to $10,000
- The donor will match dollar-for-dollar the first $500 up to a total of $10,000
- i.e. If 20 people donate $500, they will donate $10,000 – allowing us to reach the $20,000 goal
