The person who made the greatest impression on me was…
“One of the local guys that cooked our meals. His testimony spoke to me; he was about the age of my children, which also touched me. We had several conversations during the week and he was very helpful when I needed something. You never know who you will connect with on these mission trips, and so it’s always a true blessing to make a new friend.”
On lesson that God was impressing on me that week was…
“I don’t have to be in charge. I need to learn to take a back-seat more often and enjoy what God has set out as my path.”
